Portugal. The Man stuffed Roadrunner like that goddamn turkey again! But this time with lights, strobing from wall to wall, visuals, and music. Washing around the venue like a tidal wave. Euphoria. Weightless. Can we stay here for awhile longer maybe? That would be nice.

The band careened through new and old songs. Bringing them to a new life. It was special. The band opened with tracks from their newest record, SHISH, before John Gourley, somehow not completely exhausted let us know that that was the new record, that we def hated it, and now it was over so they could play new stuff. Funny? Yes. Accurate? No. Play it all again!
